Discover Taekwondo, Discover Community. Beyond languages and borders, we train together to build strength and friendship in Tsurumi, Yokohama.
At Kojinkan, we believe that Taekwondo needs no language. Whether you are a total beginner or a former practitioner looking to return to the mat, you are more than welcome here.
Our dojo is located in the multicultural city of Yokohama. We have a diverse community where international students, people working in Japan, and children with international roots train together every day.

- International Master & Friendly Staff: Our Master is from Korea and has extensive international experience. He is very friendly and used to welcoming people from all over the world. We also have English-speaking staff to support you.
- From Beginners to Champions: We support all levels. Our dojo is home to Poomsae national champions, so you can learn authentic and high-quality techniques at your own pace.

- What to bring: Comfortable workout clothes (T-shirt & pants) and a water bottle. We train barefoot.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Kids Class (Preschool - Elementary): 17:00 - 18:20
- Juniors & Adults (Class 1): 18:30 - 19:50
- Juniors & Adults (Class 2): 20:00 - 21:30
Saturday
- General Class (All ages): 17:00 - 18:20
Sunday
- General Class (All ages): 10:30 - 11:50
Closed on: Wednesdays, National Holidays, and other irregular holidays.
Membership & Fees
Initial Costs
- Admission Fee: ¥2,000
- Uniform (Dobok): * Under 15: ¥9,000
- 16 and older: ¥10,000
- Original T-shirt: ¥1,700
- Facility Maintenance Fee: ¥3,000 / year
- Sports Insurance: * Junior High Students and younger: ¥800 / year
- High School Students and older: ¥2,000 / year
Monthly Fees
- Once a week: ¥8,000 / month
- Twice a week: ¥10,000 / month
- Regular Class (Unlimited): ¥15,000 / month
- Train as much as you like!
